Fault 1: The three roller brake cannot be opened:
Repair method:
A、 Check the control board;
B、 Check if the screws of the electromagnet are loose or broken;
C、 Check the drive disc of the three roller brake. At this time, short-circuit the drive disc input (1 # open or 2 # open input). If the solenoid valve or green light responds normally.
Fault 2: The three roller brake cannot be manually loaded:
Repair method:
A、 Check if the power-off rod electromagnet is attached to the iron block;
B、 Does the electromagnet of the power-off rod have a DC12V power supply;
C、 Check if the electromagnetic device of the power-off lever has landed on the shrapnel of the turntable. If so, move the entire device upwards so that the two are not in contact.
Fault 3: There is a buzzing sound when the three roller brake is opened:
Repair method: Adjust the four bottom corner screws of the electromagnet to reduce the suction clearance of the electromagnet, and check for other resistance factors.
Fault 4: The three roller brake indicator light is not on:
Repair method: Check the power supply or fuse, and check if the infrared reading device is intact.
Fault 5: Collision occurs when the three roller brake is opened:
Repair method: Adjust the strength of the damper and check for impurities or loose parts.
Fault 6: The three roller brake cannot be reset in a timely manner after opening:
Repair method: Check if there is a 12V voltage output at position H2 on the motherboard. There is no possibility of a problem with the motherboard. Cover the reset switch head with a metal sheet. If the motherboard lights up with a red light and the reset switch tail lights up with a red light, it indicates that there is no problem. Which one does not light up and which one has a problem.
Fault 7: Open and reset the switch again in the opposite direction:
Repair method:
A、 Open the movement cover and check if the normally open and normally closed contacts of the left and right travel switches are sensitive;
B、 Adjust the position of the light blocking plate (see 4, - B);
C、 Adjust the position of the left and right travel switches: During normal left and right brake unlocking, the left and right positioning arms should not touch the travel switches (note: the gap between the two should be minimized).
